Dr Vanshika Gupta Adukia helps women of all age groups to rehabilitate their pelvic floor muscles weakened during childbirth, due to surgery, lifting heavy weights, being overweight, constipation or menopause. Her patients usually visit her when they experience a leaky bladder during coughing, sneezing or laughing, pain during bowel movement or intercourse.

The treatment includes Kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor depending on the patient's condition. She teaches them exercises to correct their posture, strengthen their back and improve flexibility. Dr Adukia also teaches her patients the correct way to perform tasks to avoid further muscle damage.
