JHA'S sessions aim at making the "starting solids" journey easier for mothers. She focuses on nutritional requirements, when to start, what to start with, prerequisites, first foods, recipes and everything that is essential when starting solids for babies. She offers consultations through direct messages and conducts workshops for groups. When her own daughter was six months old and ready for solid foods, Jha, keen to feed her healthy and homemade meals, started researching about child care and nutrition.
