With the coming in of the New Year, it's not unusual to look inward, and think about one's real purpose in life. Guftagoo, an interactive workshop of curated activities, hopes to bring these conversations to the fore, in order to help people express themselves better.
"It is a conversation from we to me. To make peace with oneself and bridge the huge gap between what we are and what we have become," says Rishav Chandra, co-founder and content curator of Join the Dots that focuses on the technology of unlearning, unconditioning and unwinding. "We call it a technology because it isn't a theory or philosophy, but a real life solution. It ignites an 'inquiry into self-connect' in people around us," he adds.
The workshop moves from seriousness and moments of laughter, to reflecting in silence and sharing. "Our sessions are not directive - they are collaborative, helping each contributor make their own way in life. The workshop aims to bring different people together to facilitate a seamless and synergistic exchange and compels one to reflect about self-happiness, motives and fears," says Rishav.
