Fashionista Pernia Qureshi, also a classical dancer, plans to educate you about Kathak and Kuchipudi

Not many might know this but fashionista and actress Pernia Qureshi, is a Kuchipudi dancer, who has been trained under acclaimed dancers Raja and Radha Reddy. Qureshi will showcase her skills through a dance recital in Mumbai this week.
Qureshi's main aim is to promote India's classical dance forms - Kathak and Kuchipudi - through her dance recitals in India and abroad.
Her dance recitals, âChandi Raatein - Love and Dance under the Moonlight with Pernia Qureshi' will be accompanied with a live orchestra as well.
Pernia started her classical training in Kathak from the Lucknow Gharana since the age of 4, under the mentorship of Pandit Tirath Ram Azad. Later, she pursued a minor degree in dance to get a holistic education in the field at George Washington University.
