Sakshi Malik became a trendsetter for India when she became the first Indian women to win an Olympic medal in the sport of Wrestling. Her bronze medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016 will no doubt have made her a role model for aspiring young wrestlers to follow. Her incredible achievement will be remembered for a very long time, not just by the wrestling community, but also in the hearts of Indians at large.
