Former world no. 1 American tennis star Andy Roddick is known for his epic battles with Roger Federer. Roddick was particularly known for his fast and furious serves which even left Roger Federer at his peak, clueless.

Andy Roddick became a Grand Slam singles champion and world No. 1 shortly after he won the title at the 2003 US Open, defeating French Open champion Juan Carlos Ferrero in the final and overtaking him as the top-ranked player in the process.

In addition to working for Victoria's Secret for the 2010 'Swim' collection, she has ventured into television with guest appearances on Chuck, Ugly Betty, The League, and Royal Pains. She made her feature film debut in Just Go with It, and later starred in Battleship and What to Expect When You're Expecting

Andy Roddick's early days: He was born the youngest of three boys and the son of a school teacher, and Jerry Roddick, a businessman. Roddick played varsity basketball in high school alongside his future teammate Mardy Fish, who trained and lived with Andy Roddick in 1999. During that time period, he intermittently trained with Venus and Serena Williams, he later moved back to Austin. His tennis idol growing up was Andre Agassi.

Brooklyn Decker's younger days: She was born in Ohio, the daughter of a nurse and a salesman. She has a younger brother, Jordan. Brooklyn Decker was discovered in a Charlotte shopping mall as a teenager and began her modelling career as the face of Mauri Simone, a prom dress maker. She won the 2003 Model of the Year award at the Connections Model and Talent Convention.

Brooklyn Decker, in an interview to the Dailymail, revealed that their first date was a dinner and comedy show, and after the date she thought, ,This guy is a catch. This is the man I'm going to marry.' How did she know he was the one? ,He made me laugh he is hilarious and he is also chivalrous.'

Meeting tennis superstar Andy Roddick was unexpected for Brooklyn Decker. Andy a former US Open champion and three times Wimbledon finalist spotted his future wife on a TV talk show and was instantly smitten. He got his agent to call my agent,' said Brooklyn. Flattered but cautious, she ignored his incessant requests for a date. He wooed me,' she revealed. Andy Roddick married Brooklyn Decker on April 17, 2009.

Andy Roddick reached the finals for four Grand Slams (Wimbledon in 2004, 2005, 2009 and US Open in 2006). Roddick lost to Roger Federer on all these occasions.

Andy Roddick announced his retirement from tennis in August 2012 and played his last match in September.
