Sania Mirza knows how to flaunt her style during outings in Mumbai

Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza, who is based in Hyderabad, often comes to Mumbai to meet her friends in the city. Sania Mirza who is training hard to come back on court after delivering her baby a few months back is ofter spotted in Mumbai while catching up with her celebrity friends.

In this picture, Sania Mirza is seen out on a dinner date with her Mumbai gang that includes Yuvraj Singh, Hazel Keech, Zaheer Khan, Sagarika Ghatge. 

Sania Mirza was looking stylish on the night in a black full sleeves top and cream coloured shorts. She was also doing the balancing act with Izhaan Mirza Malik in one hand.

Sania Mirza is often spotted by our cameras at the Mumbai airport and she does not shy away from putting her best smile forward.

Sania Mirza was at a Bandra restaurant with her best friend in Mumbai, Farah Khan. The dup were seen on an all-girls night out.

Bollywood director Farah Khan, best known for her hit film Main Hoon Na withy Shah Rukh Khan, kept it casual with a black top and black pants. She held a red bag to complete the look.

Sania Mirza recently took a cheeky dig at Pakistan cricketer Hassan Ali who married an Indian girl. "Hey, congratulations Hassan. Wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness... this time you'll have to treat us to more than Nandos though," Sania said.

Sania Mirza is seen here with her fashion designer sister Anam Mirza at the Mumbai airport. Anam Mirza is the woman behind Sania's style statement and she also manages all of her sister's looks, on and off the court.

Sania Mirza in an interview to PTI said that she is not out to prove anything on her comeback to the tennis circuit. Sania said, "In my career, I have achieved everything which I could have dreamt of. And whatever happens next will be a bonus for me. I thought I will be able to come back by August but probably by January, it looks like a possibility,"

Sania said having a son and making a comeback is a challenge, but she is only doing it for the love of the game. She quoted, "Having (son) Izhaan is the biggest blessing I could have. If I am able to come back, it will be amazing. He's (son) my inspiration to get back to being fit. If I do a comeback, it will not be to prove anything. The only reason to comeback would be that I love playing and competing."

Sania Mirza also clarified that she is not sure if she will play grand slams again and will have to wait and see how her body is reacting. She quoted to PTI, "I say so because I still have to see how my body reacts. The picture will be clear in the next two months. I don't want to compete when I am not ready. There is no point in coming back and getting injured."

Sania Mirza elaborated on making a comeback to tennis after motherhood, she said, "There is enough self-motivation to come back but it's nice to see people like Serena competing at Grand Slams after having a baby. It's obviously very inspiring,"

Sania Mirza also opened up about the weight gained during pregnancy, in the interview to PTI she said, "I did not know how the body was going to react. You can't actually anticipate after giving birth to a baby. I put on 23 kilos, I lost 26 kilos now. I am trying to become strong and to play at the international level, I still need time."

Sania Mirza clarified that she is targetting the Tokyo Olympics for a comeback. She said, "Expectations are high as usual but I have not played tennis in the last two years. If I can make a comeback, Tokyo (Olympics) is something I am looking at."
