Shane McMahon, born January 15, 1970, is a professional wrestler and businessman and is the son of WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon. Shane McMahon has a sister, Stephanie McMahon, who is the Chief Branding Officer of WWE. Shane's brother-in-law Triple H is the Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative at WWE.
Shane McMahon is very well-known for his wrestling talent and high-flying ability to perform death-defying stunts such as Coast-To-Coast and Leap of Faith. Shane McMahon has the nickname 'Shane O Mac'
Shane began working at WWE at the age of 15. Before becoming a WWE wrestler, Shane was a referee, producer and an announcer.

In 1998, Shane McMahon was part of WWE factions such as The Corporation and The Corporate Ministry. Shane McMahon entered his first WrestleMania match at WrestleMania 15 and successfully defended his European title against X-Pac.
After a hiatus, in 2001, Shane McMahon returned to WWE and formed the Alliance - a reply to his father Vince McMahon's company WWE. Thus began their feud.

At WrestleMania 17, Shane McMahon defeated his father Vince McMahon in a Street Fight match. Shane McMahon went to make on-off appearances between 2003 to 2005.
In 2006, Shane McMahon made his return and starting feuding with Shawn Michaels with his father Vince, by his side. At Backlash, Shane and Vince face Shawn Michaels in a handicap match and won.

The McMahons then began to feud with Triple H and Shawn Michaels, mainly known as D-Generation X.

Shane McMahon went on a sabbatical in 2009 and announced his resignation from WWE.
Seven years later, Shane McMahon made an iconic comeback to WWE in 2016, looking to take control of WWE Raw.

Shane McMahon then faced The Undertaker in a high-profile match at WrestleMania 32 but lost. He later went on to become the Commissioner of SmackDown. In 2017, Shane McMahon faced Kevin Owens in the main event at Hell In A Cell - his first pay-per-view main event since 2001. Shane lost the match.
