Tiger Woods
Tiger Woods began practice on Monday at Augusta National ahead of the 86th Masters, where he hopes to make his first start since a car crash 14 months ago left him with severe right leg injuries. Woods, 46, trained hard and the prospect of his incredible comeback could electrify the famed course.
"Hopefully, he does [play] and we can see him at golf again," said sixth-ranked Cameron Smith.
"I'm not surprised. I'm amazed. It's a true testament to his work ethic," said 37th-ranked Max Homa. World No. 13 Billy Horschel said: "I'm guessing he will play and I'm going to be as excited as everyone else."
