Thane paddler Deepit Patil wins double Table Tennis state titles

Deepit registered a 11-5, 12-10, 11-13, 14-12, 12-14, 11-6 win over Mumbai City’s Tanmay Rane in the youth boys’ final. He beat Aadil Anand of TSTTA 11-13, 11-4, 11-7, 12-10, 9-11, 11-3 to clinch the junior boys’ crown.

Thane's promising paddler Deepit Patil maintained his winning momentum and went on to complete a grand double, clinching the youth boys' and junior boys' singles crowns in the Dr Ramesh Prabhoo Memorial 82nd Maharashtra State Table Tennis Championship.
