Former World No. 1 Scot tennis ace Andy Murray's wife Kim gave birth to their fourth child. In order to be by Kim's side, Murray has withdrawn from next week's Dubai tournament. According to British tabloid, The Sun, Murray's management team declined to reveal the sex of the newborn.
Murray was set to play in the Dubai Tennis Championships, which starts on Monday, as he eyes full-time return to the tennis circuit following a hip surgery in 2019.
But Murray felt he would not have had enough preparation time before the Dubai event and will now hope to play at the Miami Open (March 24 to April 4). He is likely to receive a wildcard entry in Miami.
Murray got married to Kim Sears in April 2015 at the Dunblane Cathedral, Scotland. They have two daughters, Sophia Olivia, five, Edie, three and son Teddy Barron, one.
