Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has announced a cash prize of Rs 2 crore to Aruna Budda Reddy who won a bronze medal at the recently concluded World Gymnastics Tournament in Melbourne in Australia.
Aruna Reddy created history by becoming the first woman from India to win bronze at the event.
She met the Chief Minister at Pragati Bhavan, the official residence of the CM, here on Sunday.

Rao congratulated and felicitated her and also announced the cash award. He has instructed that her coach Sri Brij Kishore should also be given some assistance.
