Maharashtra's Rudra Singh got the better of Vyomika Khandelwal to book a final berth in the Girls U-15 category of the All India Willingdon JSW Junior Open at the Willingdon Sports Club in Mumbai on Saturday.
Rudra maintained her composure throughout as she won the first two tough games 12-10, 12-10, before running away with the third 11-3. In the final, she will clash with statemate top seed Akanksha Gupta, who dropped a game before getting the better of Anika Dubey 11-3, 11-1, 5-11, 11-3.

In the boys U-15, Rahul Balakrishnan from TN had a fight on his hands against Maharashtra's Anshuman Jaising before winning 11-5, 12-10, 10-12, 7-11, 11-9. He will take on UP's Yusha Nafees.
