India's badminton player PV Sindhu, who became the country's first woman to win two Olympic medals (silver at Rio and bronze at Tokyo), has urged her 3.1 million followers to live in the moment.

She recently Instagrammed the above picture and wrote: "Wherever you are, be all there #liveinthemoment #lovelivelife." Sindhu's picture received 1,24.183 ‘likes'. She is currently in Birmingham, UK, playing in the All England Open Badminton Championships (March 16 to 20).
