India's Manisha Ramadass clinched the bronze medal in the women's singles SU5 category at the Paris Paralympics 2024. On Monday, September 2, she triumphed over Denmark's Cathrine Rosengren with scores of 21-12, 21-8 at Court 3 of the LA Chapelle Arena.

The SU5 classification caters to athletes with upper limb impairments, which may affect either the playing or non-playing hand.

The 19-year-old Ramadass completed her victory in a swift 25 minutes, demonstrating dominance throughout the match. She never allowed her Danish opponent to gain control, swiftly taking the lead in the first game and wrapping it up in just 13 minutes. She then secured the second game in only 12 minutes.
