Mumbai swimmers shine at Goa Swimathon

The Mumbai team excelled at the 10th Goa Swimathon at Bambolim beach on Sunday. As many as 14 swimmers from a 61-strong Mumbai contingent finished on the podium. A total of 333 swimmers from across the country participated in the event.

Mumbai's gold medal winners were Anandi Menon, Anupama Menon, Amrita Kumar and Zarir Baliwala. Silver medallists were Rushi Sharma, Swapnil Srivastava, Aarti Lad, Prasanna Sudke, Ananya Nadar, Roopali Mehta and Shankar Thapa. Bronze winners were Vidhita Chainani, Madhura Sekhsaria and Durven Naik.
