American singer Jennifer Lopez and baseball star Alex Rodriguez have reportedly rekindled their romance despite recent news of their split. Photographs of the couple that Mail Online obtained show the couple kissing in the Dominican Republic, where Lopez is shooting for her movie.

JLo and Rodriguez enjoyed a lunch break on the terrace and were seen busy on A-Rod's iPad.

The couple had reportedly ended their two-year engagement recently, but they have hit back at split claims. In a joint statement, they told People magazine: "We are working through some things."

Talking about the couple's relationship, a source told UK's entertainment website, Female First: "They never officially broke up, but are still together. They hit a rough patch. She's working in the Dominican Republic and he's in Miami so it's tough especially with quarantining and COVID-19, but they want to try to stay together."
