Australian surfer Sally Fitzgibbon, 26, has a lean, toned body. To keep herself fit, she trains hard and believes in getting up early for a run.
"You need something that keeps you motivated. I love starting my day with a sunrise run. For me, it's the best head start and really sets my momentum for the day. I know everyone is different, so it's important to find what works for you. Training should be exciting and fun, not a chore," she was quoted by British tabloid, The Daily Mail.
For the pro-surfer, health and fitness come above all. Despite her busy schedule she always finds time to squeeze in some form of physical activity.
"I spend a lot of time travelling so I know how hard it can be to fit a workout routine in. But it's important to remember that you only have one body and your health is at the centre of everything you do in life. Nature is what grounds me and I love taking my training outside whenever I can. I stick to fruits, veggies and quality protein," she added.
