With the female shuttler's exit, India's campaign at the badminton tournament came to an end as well.
Saina Nehwal was the winner of the Indonesian Open in 2009, 2010 and 2012.
Meanwhile, Spain's Caroline Marin will now face China's Wang Yihan in the finals.
