Malad-based outfit Uncle's Kitchen United won the the Turf War Cup five-a-side rink football title in Kuwait recently.

UK United beat Salcete United Goa 4-3 via the tie-breaker in a keenly contested final at the Youth and Sports Ground in Mishref to win the 24-team competition earlier this month. UK United's Ritesh Perambara and Steven Correia were adjudged the highest scorer and best player of the tournament respectively.
UK United received a cash award of USD 500, while Salcete united Goa were richer by USD 300.
