"Our lawyers are currently going over them, the source, the entire package," Playgirl representative Daniel Nardicio said, adding that they would only purchase the alleged pics if they can successfully confirm them to be Woods.
The woman in the photos with Woods is said to be Holly Sampson, a porn star.
Meanwhile, Huffington-post.com reported that Sampson has been talking about her affair with Woods since last May but nobody paid attention to her then.
