In the other semi-final, Gogrej & Boyce SC got the better of Skorost FC 5-4 via tie-breaker.
In the penalty shoot-out, Omkar Sawant, James Passanha, Vishrud Solanki, Sunil Ghogle and Raymond Kasad were on target for Godrej, while Macdon Pillay, Snehashish Maharana, Sunil Bhandi and Rohit Sawant scored for Skorost.
