Defending champions DY Patil Sports Academy (DYPSA) claimed 20 points this year to retain the Dr HD Kanga Cricket League 'A' division title.

In the last league match of the tournament yesterday, former Mumbai batsman Vinit Indulkar's unbeaten century helped DYPSA to draw against Sainath SC in Navi Mumbai.
DYPSA scored 266 for four declared in 42 overs. Apart from Indulkar's unbeaten 100, Shashank Singh scored 77. For Sainath SC, Saieed Shaikh claimed two wickets.
In reply, Sainath SC scored 173 for three in 46 overs with the help of Dushant Kadam's unbeaten 52. Leg-spinner Pravin Tambe claimed two for 63.
