Sacred Heart High School (Santacruz) hit a perfect 10 as they stormed to a massive 10-0 victory over Utpal Sanghvi School âB' in a boys U-16 Div-III-B match of the MSSA inter-school football tournament, at St Francis D'Assisi High School ground, Borivli, on Tuesday.
The architects of Sacred Heart's thumping win was dashing striker Vignesh Parmar, who was in impressive form and scored six goals. Vignesh received good support from his skipper Vikalp Tambe, who contributed four goals to complete the winning tally.
Vingesh is the first player to record a hat-trick in MSSA football this season, and also the first to notch up a double hat-trick.

Later, Austin Shetty played a key role, scoring a brace in leading St Anne's HS (Orlem) to a 3-0 win over Maneckji Cooper School (Juhu) in a Div-II-A match. Naved Patel struck the other goal.
Meanwhile, in a Div-II-B encounter, CNM School (Vile Parle) rallied to hold Holy Family HS (Andheri) 1-1. Alyster Jathanna scored in the 23rd minute to give Holy Family the lead, but seven minutes later, Murzin Golimar scored CNM School's equaliser.
Later, Campion School âB' (Cooperage) defeated Ryan International School (Chembur) 2-0 in a Div-III-D encounter. Aaditya Krishnan scored first in the 19th minute and a minute later, captain Sharan Thakkar got the second goal.
