Jess Impiazzi and Jermaine Pennant
Brit actor Jess Impiazzi considers herself lucky as traumas have turned out to be healing and helped her get close to footballer beau Jermaine Pennant. In the past year, Pennant faced bankruptcy and he was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
"He's really a nice person, otherwise I wouldn't be with him. When two people have been through something traumatic it can be toxic or healing. Luckily we've been the healing thing for each other," she told The Sun.
Last month, the former Liverpool and Stoke star, 40, spoke about how he regrets blowing his career earnings of GBP10million (approx R99cr) on holidays, homes and supercars. It was Impiazzi who urged the former footballer to seek help for ADHD.
