Strict rules for England WAGs at Qatar World Cup

England football WAGs have been handed a list of do's and don'ts for the World Cup in Qatar next month. The Three Lions bosses do not want the WAGs to break any rules in the strict gulf state. Among the WAGs who are expected to be there are Jack Grealish's girlfriend Sasha Attwood, skipper Harry Kane's wife Kate, Jordan Pickford's partner Megan Davison, among others.

Among the many rules, WAGS have been asked to dress modestly in public and at stadiums. No public displays of affection will be tolerated, they must not drink alcohol or swear in public, play loud music, sing, shout or act inappropriately during the call to pray.

They cannot take selfies outside government buildings which would likely lead to police action. According to The Sun, at a meeting last month, FA chiefs urged: "It is important to understand that you and your husband/partner are not above the law here. Every order is in place to protect both yourselves and your partner/husband in any case of indiscretion. Fines and prosecution are commonplace."
