Jamie Vardy's wife Rebekah says he is different from other players; calls him 'really shy'

Rebekah Vardy hailed husband Jamie for being different from many other England footballers, who have been found partying and breaking COVID-19 rules. According to British tabloid, The Sun, Rebekah revealed that the Leicester City star is not just good on the football field but off it too.

"Jamie's teaching maths. He's teaching algebra and telling them [kids] the square root of whatever. I don't know the square root of anything. He has the most incredible mathematical brain. Honestly, you would never imagine it. People think footballers are thick, and they're stupid, and they don't have a brain. But Jamie is so intelligent in so many different ways," Rebekah was quoted as saying by the tabloid.

She said Vardy is very down to earth. "He's really shy, until you get to know him. He's just down to earth and normal. We want to keep our kids grounded and in the real world. They have to work for everything they've got," she said.
