Madrid: Germany have returned to the top of FIFA's world rankings, released on Thursday, for the first time in two years, knocking Brazil into second place.
Germany's victory in the FIFA Confederations Cup against Chile on Sunday helped the team of coach Joachim Low to climb ahead of Brazil, Argentina and Portugal, reports Efe.
Additionally, Chile are down three places in seventh place ahead of Colombia.
Portugal, Switzerland and Poland all jumped up to reach fourth, fifth and sixth places respectively.
The top 10 of the FIFA World rankings is as follows:

3. Argentina 1413
