Sergio Aguero, who played his last game for Manchester City on Sunday, signed off in style as the Argentine striker scored two goals when he came on as a substitute in City's match against Everton which they won 5-0. Aguero went on to lift the EPL trophy for the fifth time in his career at Man City.
Aguero is set to leave Manchester City following their Champions League final match which will take place against Chelsea next week.
Aguero went on to score his 184th goal for Manchester City, and in the process, went on to break the record for most goals scored with a single EPL club. The previous record was held by Wayne Rooney.
