Dancing put Jamie Vardy's wife Rebekah 'in a good place mentally'

English footballer Jamie Vardy's wife, Rebekah recently revealed that participating in British TV reality show, Dancing On Ice helped her cope with the ongoing court case with former England captain Wayne Rooney's wife, Coleen.

Rebekah and Coleen are involved in a legal battle after the latter accused the former of leaking news via social media. "When I'm on the ice I just feel free. Free of any worries, free of any concerns and it just feels like I'd imagine what it would feel like to be a bird, and fly," Rebekah was quoted as saying by British portal, Daily Star.

She added: "I'm in a really good place mentally right now. I'm in a place where I don't have to have a big front or show that everything is OK 24/7. It's good for people to know you don't need to feel OK all the time. It's good to see people in the public eye, not pretending to be unaffected by everything."
