Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has a lot to celebrate this month. The talented Portugal captain, who is currently leading his team to defend the title at the Euro 2020, opened his season to a brilliant start.

In Portugal's opening game against Hungary, Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals to lead his team to victory.

Meanwhile, on the personal front, Ronaldo is celebrating his son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr's birthday. Ronaldo, who is active on Instagram, shared pictures of his boy for his 299 million followers and wished his son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, who turned 11 on Thursday.

Ronaldo wrote: Congratulations, my love! You are pride for Papa! 11 years of many joys and smiles! May you always fight for your dreams. We love you so much #blessed.

Cristiano Ronaldo also broke a 37-year-old record at the Euros when he scored his first goal via a penalty vs Hungary. Ronaldo who was the joint-leading goalscorer alongside former French footballer Michel Platini overtook him and increased his number of goals to 11.

Portugal will next face Germany in an epic clash at the Euro 2020 on June 19.
