The two clubs meet in the Champions League at the Bernabeu, with Madrid top of Group A on seven points and PSG level on points in second place.
Laurent Blanc added former Blancos star Angel Di Maria to his squad over the summer, to bolster an attack already boasting Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edinson Cavani and Lucas Moura.
And Keylor Navas admits he will need to prepare meticulously ahead of the game to keep their main men at bay.
He told Uefa.com: "I always try to prepare as well as possible for matches.
"They have top-quality players who can make life difficult for you at any moment, but I try to prepare for every game in the same way: with training and mental
preparation.
Keeping focus
"I want to perform well, so I have to be focused and in the best shape possible."
Rafa Benitez's men won the Champions League for the tenth time in their history in 2014 and Keylor Navas says European nights have a special significance.
"They're really special nights," he continued. The world's top clubs are involved, and hearing the tournament anthem really motivates you.
"But out on the pitch it's eleven versus eleven, and you have to get things right and not lose focus for even a second.
"Winning the trophy was massive for this club. We all want to win the Champions League, it's one of our goals."
Madrid are yet to concede a goal in their opening three group stage fixtures, but their Costa Rican goalkeeper believes the whole team deserve credit for their defensive efforts.
"The team are doing a great job. We're all doing our bit in terms of defensive work.
"We know that if we all defend together, starting with the attackers, it makes it very difficult for our opponents to create danger.
"So we're following the instructions of the coaching staff and trying to improve in every game."
