Team India's swashbuckler Suryakumar Yadav will feature for Mumbai in the Buchi Babu tournament against TNCA XI in order to bring his Test career back on track. Later, he will also participate in Duleep Trophy which will kick start on September 5. Suryakumar Yadav last featured in a first-class game during the last year's Duleep Trophy

Shreyas Iyer who has made his return to international cricket after losing out on his BCCI's central contract will also make his appearance in the tournament. He will aim to showcase his batting prowess in the league as he is yet to leave a mark in Test cricket.
