Team India spinner is just two wickets shy from becoming the leading wicket-taker in the India vs Bangladesh Test series. Currently, Ashwin has 29 scalps registered under his name. Former Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan tops the list with 31 wickets
In the first matches, Ashwin claimed six wickets in the second essay and levelled the record for the most five-wicket hauls in Test cricket. With 37 fifers, the Indian star sits and shares the second spot with Australian legend Shane Warne. If he manages to register another five-wicket haul, then he will become the second player with the most fifers in Test history.
