India's Virat Kohli holds the record for the most runs in T20I history. So far he has played 115 matches and has scored 4,008 runs. His highest T20I score in T20Is is 122 runs not out which came against Afghanistan during the 2022 Asia Cup
Kohli also holds the record for most fifties in T20I cricket. So far in 115 matches, the right-hander has 37 fifties and one century for India
In T20Is, the Delhi-born lad also holds the record of the world's most "Player of the Match" awards. He has won 15 such awards so far
India's cricketing star did not take a step back in registering his name for the most "Player of the Series" award in T20Is. The former India captain has won the "Player of the Series" award in T20Is for seven times
Virat Kohli is often referred to as India's "Run-Machine" across all formats. In T20Is, Kohli is the joint fastest to reach 3,000 T20I runs with former Pakistan skipper Babar Azam. Kohli achieved this feat in 81 innings. Also, the veteran Indian batsman is the fastest player to score 3,500 runs in 96 T20I innings
