Shane Warne was one of the greatest ever spinners to have played the sport. The Australian spin wizard is the second-fastest-ever bowler in Test cricket history to complete 700 wickets. Warne achieved the milestone in just 144 matches
He is also the first on the list of players with the most consecutive four-wicket hauls in an innings in One-Day Internationals. He registered 3 consecutive four-wicket hauls in his ODI career
The spin magician Shane Warne also has a record for the most wickets in a calendar year in Tests registered to his name. In the year 2005, Warne played 15 test matches and bagged 96 wickets which is the most to date
Former Aussies spinner also tops the list of the most runs scored in tests without a century. Representing Australia in 145 matches, Warne smashed 3,154 test runs with a highest score of 99 runs
