Yashasvi Jaiswal is a name that is etched in the history of cricket. This young Rajasthan Royals batter has not only displayed exceptional batting prowess but has also broken several records along the way. In a match against PBKS, he broke the 15-year old record of most runs by an uncapped player in IPL history. The 20-years old batter Tilak Varma has been one of the most promising cricketing talents this season. Playing an important role in Mumbai Indians’ batting performance, he has scored 343 runs in 11 matches, his highest score being 84*. Hailing from Mumbai and having taken the domestic cricketing world by storm, Chennai Super Kings’ bowler Tushar Deshpande has also made a mark in IPL. He has managed to take 21 wickets this season in 15 matches so far with a 9.62 economy rate. His ability to take wickets at important junctures in the match has proven to be beneficial for CSK. Kolkata Knight Riders’ Rinku Singh became an IPL sensation after he smashed 5 consecutive sixes in the last over against Gujarat Titans. With 29 runs needed of 5 balls, he delivered a win for KKR when it was least expected. Rinku Singh has scored 474 runs in 14 matches this season with a strike rate of 149.53. Kolkata Knight Riders’ bowler Suyash Sharma made his IPL debut this season. One of the youngest players in IPL 2023, he has displayed some smart bowling against strong opponents.
