The final T20I clash between the "Men in Blue" and the "Proteas" will be played at DP World Wanderers Stadium. The Match will start at 8.30 pm
With the first match abandoned due to rain, South Africa secured a win in the second T20I. The Proteas are now leading the three-match T20I series by 1-0 against Team India
Ruturaj Gaikwad who missed the second T20I due to illness is expected to feature in the final clash. The left-hander opening batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal who was dismissed for a three-ball duck in the previous game could make way for Gaikwad. If Gaikwad secures his spot in the team, then he might open the innings with star opener Shubman Gill who was also dismissed for a two-ball duck
Rinku Singh
Indian batsman Rinku Singh who is making the most of his chances has delivered performances in all matches. In the second T20I, he played an unbeaten knock of 68 runs in just 39 deliveries. He smashed 9 fours and 2 sixes. Rinku's rich vein in form will keep his spot reserved in the team ahead of the final clash
Jitesh Sharma who featured as India's wicketkeeper-batsman against South Africa in the previous game was unable to deliver performance. That day, he scored one run in three balls. Ishan Kishan might replace Jitesh Sharma for the final clash
As the rain played spoilsport in the first match and facing a defeat in the second match will put many captaincy responsibilities on Suryakumar Yadav ahead of the final clash. South Africa is leading the three-match T20I series with 1-0. Suryakumar-led Indian team needs to win the final match to end the series with a draw
