Australia won the toss and elected to bat first. David Warner and Mitchell Marsh opened the innings and both openers played a heroic innings. David Warner scored 56 runs in 34 deliveries and Mitchell Marsh played an inning of 96 runs off 84 balls
After the wickets of openers, Australia's Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne joined to put on a fighting total. Steve Smith scored 74 runs in 61 balls including 8 fours and 1 six and Marnus carved his inning by smashing 72 runs off 58 balls
India's speedster Jasprit Bumrah successfully bowled out Marnus Labuschagne, Alex Carey and Glenn Maxwell. His bowling figures were 81 runs in 10 overs for 3 runs in yesterday's match
India's skipper Rohit Sharma played captain's knock by smashing 81 runs in 57 balls including 5 fours and 6 sixes. He played with and strike rate of 142.11
Virat Kohli smashed 56 runs, Shreyas Iyer scored 48 runs and KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja made 26 and 35 runs with the bat
Glenn Maxwell with the ball striked 4 fours of Rohit Sharma, Washington Sundar, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer. He bowled 10 overs in which he just consumed 40 runs
Australia won the 3rd ODI between India vs Australia by 66 runs. The Indian team was bowled out for 286 runs. India will face Australia now in the upcoming ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023
