This year, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is ensuring that the IPL fever spreads to every corner of the nation with the return of IPL Fan Parks for the 2025 season

From March 22 to May 25, IPL Fan Parks will light up 50 cities across 23 states and one union territory, bringing the stadium experience straight to the fans

From the cricket-obsessed streets of Rohtak, Bikaner, and Gangtok to fresh destinations like Kakinada, Dimapur, and Karaikal, the initiative continues to expand. For the first time ever, towns like Tinsukia (Assam) and Purulia (West Bengal) will also get a taste of IPL’s thrilling ambiance

These weekend-only fan parks will allow cricket lovers to immerse themselves in the IPL action without needing a stadium ticket. Instead, the excitement will come to them, with a host of engaging activities and entertainment to amplify the experience

Fans can expect giant screens showcasing live matches, but that’s just the beginning. Each venue will feature: High-energy music and live entertainment, food stalls offering a variety of delicacies, a dedicated kids’ play zone, interactive fan experiences, including virtual batting zones, net bowling challenges, face-painting stations, replica dugouts and 360° photo booths, and cheer-o-meter to test fan enthusiasm

IPL Chairman Arun Dhumal emphasised the significance of this initiative, stating, “The IPL Fan Parks are a crucial part of our vision to bring the tournament closer to fans across India. By hosting these events in multiple cities and towns, we aim to recreate the electrifying stadium atmosphere and allow fans to celebrate the IPL together.”

With the IPL 2025 season poised to deliver exhilarating cricket, the return of Fan Parks ensures that the passion and excitement of the game reach every nook and cranny of India
