Sourav Ganguly
Former India captain Sourav Ganguly was all praise for India's one-drop Virat Kohli after his scintillating 113 helped beat Sri Lanka by 67 runs in the first ODI at Guwahati.
"I am very happy with the way he [Virat] compiled his century. It was a superb effort. It is just good to see the glow back on Virat's face," Ganguly told mid-day.
Ganguly, 50, expressed disappointment at India's spearhead Jasprit Bumrah not being able to recover from injury but calls for being patient with a player of such pedigree.
