India cricket great Sachin Tendulkar shared a message of gender equality with his 27.6 million Instagram followers on National Girl Child Day yesterday.

On Sunday, he Instagrammed this throwback picture (right) with daughter Sara and son Arjun and captioned it: "Love, care and opportunities for our girls and boys have to be equal at all times. We have to remember that our children learn from us.
