Bihar batsman Sakibul Gani scored an historic triple ton on Day Two of the Ranji Trophy on Friday.
With his sensational knock (341), Gani became the first triple centurion of the ongoing Ranji Trophy season. He was involved in a mammoth 538-run partnership with Babul Kumar as Bihar posted 686-5 declared against Mizoram.
Gani's knock was also a world record as he became the first debutant to score a triple hundred in first-class cricket.
