MS Dhoni turns 40: Indian cricketers send their love and wishes on Mahi's birthday

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, a former captain and cricketer, celebrated his 40th birthday today. MS Dhoni is regarded as one of the finest captains and players to have graced the game and have numerous achievements during his illustrious career in cricket.

MS Dhoni, who is also loved by his teammates and opponents alike, was showered with wishes and blessings on his 40th birthday from the cricket fraternity.

India cricket captain Virat Kohli, who took over MS Dhoni's role as skipper, shared a photo from his younger days with Dhoni and wrote, "Happy birthday skip Blue heartFlag of India @msdhoni."

Suresh Raina, who is MS Dhoni's close friend and who retired on the same day as MS Dhoni (Aug 15, 2020), shared a candid video on Twitter and wrote, "Wishing you a very happy birthday @msdhoni. You have been a friend, brother & a mentor to me, all one could ever ask for. May God bless you with good health & long life! Thank you for being an iconic player & a great leader.#HappyBirthdayDhoni ❤️🙌"

India cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar shared a lovely candid photo with MS Dhoni following their World Cup 2011 title win and wrote, "A colleague, captain & friend! Happy Birthday, Mahi. Wishing you a wonderful year ahead full of joy and good health."

MS Dhoni has won it all during his time with Team India - the T20 World Cup in 2007, the Cricket World Cup in 2011 and the Champions Trophy in 2013.
