Will Jacks' late heroics help Royal Challengers Bengaluru beat Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2024 match at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Jacks scored an unbeaten 100 runs in just 41 balls. His knock was laced with 5 fours and 10 sixes. RCB won the IPL 2024 match by nine wickets against GT.

Having needed to chase a humongous target of 201 runs in the IPL 2024 match against GT, RCB opening batsman and captain Faf du Plessis departed after scoring 24 runs. His knock came in just 12 deliveries which also included 1 four and 3 sixes. Stalwart batsman Virat Kohli stayed unbeaten on 70 runs. Facing 44 balls, Kohli smashed 6 fours and 3 sixes. Coming to bat at number three, Will Jacks did not take a step back in impressing the RCB dugout. He showcased his power-filled strokes which included 5 fours and 10 sixes.
Gujarat's premier spinner Rashid Khan was bashed for 51 runs in four overs. The spinner went wicketless in the IPL 2024 match against RCB. Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore was the lone bowler to secure a wicket. He conceded 30 runs in three overs and dismissed RCB captain du Plessis. No other GT bowlers were able to put on an impressive show in their home ground.
Sai Sudharsan was the standout performer for Gujarat Titans. He scored unbeaten 84 runs in 49 balls including 8 fours and 4 sixes. Shahrukh Khan also accumulated 58 runs off 30 balls. His knock was laced with 3 fours and 5 sixes. David Miller coming down the order also played a knock of 26 runs. Facing 19 balls, he smashed 2 fours and 1 six. GT opener Wriddhiman Saha departed early. Captain Shubman Gill scored 16 runs but was unable to convert it into a huge score.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru will now again clash with Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2024 on May 4.
