The ICC World Cup 2023 match no 28 will be played between Bangladesh and Netherlands in Kolkata's Eden Gardens. Both the teams have rolled their sleeves to play their sixth clash in the tournament.
The Netherlands is currently placed at the bottom of the table with just two points and Bangladesh is at the eighth spot in the team ranking list with two points. Both the teams have so far won just one match each out of the five games played and will eagerly look to secure a win in today's clash to boost the confidence of their respective team's players.
Netherlands skipper Scott Edwards won the toss and elected to bat first against Bangladesh.

Skipper Shakib Al Hasan needs to perform in today's match as Bangladesh will have high expectations from him. Also, Liton Das will be the most-eyed player from Bangladesh's side as he has performed in most of the matches for the team.

The story of match 26:
A thriller clash between South Africa and Pakistan took place in Chennai's MA Chidambaram Stadium on Friday. Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first.
Pakistan lost the early wickets of openers, but Babar Azam played a captain's knock by scoring 50 runs in 65 deliveries. After the dismissal of Azam, Saud Shakeel and Shadab Khan's knocks helped Pakistan set a target of 271 runs.
The Protea's batsmen were not able to convert their runs into big scores against Pakistan's bowling lineup. But Aiden Markram scored 91 runs which raised South Africa's hopes. The match went to the last wicket and Keshav Maharaj hit the winning run for Proteas. South Africa won the match by one wicket.
