Goregaon Sports Club emerge champions

Goregaon Sports Club on Wednesday clinched the GK Phanse tournament after beating Dombivli Cricket Club by five wickets at Central Maidan, Thane.

Batting first, Dombivli CC were bowled out for 171 in 35.3 overs. Goregaon SC's Nishit Bhalla claimed 4-18 in 4.3 overs.

Goregaon SC, in reply, chased the target in 38 overs, thanks to opener Himanshu Kumar's 45 and Manan Bhat's 35.
