Kolkata: The International Cricket Council (ICC) suspended Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed and left-arm spinner Arafat Sunny for illegal bowling action.
According to Bangladesh Cricket Board sources, the medium-pacer and the spinner will be replaced by a couple of spinners.
The decision has probably been prompted by the nature of wickets being presented in the tournament and the recovery of Bangladesh's main bowler, Mustafizur Rahman, from a side strain.
Saqlin Sanjib, a left-arm spinner, and off-spinning all-rounder Shuvagata Hom will be joining the squad as replacements.
