Fprmer India cricketer-turned-commentator Sanjay Manjrekar was trolled online after he criticised the tagline of the inaugural edition of the franchise-based T20 Mumbai League.
"'Aamhi Mumbaikar, Aamhi Cricketkar' has to the worst tagline ever. What were they thinking! Mumbai T20 league," Manjrekar wrote on his Twitter handle on Tuesday. Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, ambassador of the league, is seen mouthing the slogan in a TV commercial.
"We can't think too much about that, we see there is our god @sachin_rt who is the reason to watch the series," one online user wrote to Manjrekar. "You are thinking too much," said another.
