The Supreme Court's decision to prohibit the sale of firecrackers in Delhi-NCR spurred a raging debate on social media. Cricketers like Yuvraj Singh urged fans to refrain from bursting crackers this Diwali. However, India speedster RP Singh had another issue. He took to Twitter yesterday to ask a question: "I have old crackers in my house. Can I burn those or that is also banned," he wrote.

The lanky Uttar Pradesh bowler was immediately trolled after his tweet. One user wrote: "Only sale of crackers is banned. You can burn crackers inside your house and inhale the poisonous gases, it's all your choice." While another added: "You cannot because crackers pollute the environment no matter old or new."
